A R E S 0 L U T I 0 N
WHEREAS, the City received bids on November 23, 19711
for applying a 20 -year bonded roof and flashing on the City
Hall; and,
WHEREAS, Booth Roofing Company, Inc. submitted a bid
for applying a 20 -year bonded roof and flashing on the City
Hall; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by Booth Roofing Company, Inc. is the lowest and
best bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the bid of Booth Roofing Company, Inc. in the amount of
$12,544.00 with 20 working days to complete the job be
accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED by the City Council this the 80A day of
1971.
