A R E S 0 L U T I 0 N
WHEREAS, the City t.eceived bids on November 16, 19713
for purchasing fifteen police cars and two window vans for
various City departments; and,
WHEREAS, Kinsel Ford, Inc. submitted a bid for fur-
nishing said police cars and vans; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by Kinsel Ford, Inc. is the lowestand best bid
and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the bid of Kinsel Ford, Inc. in the amount of $46,935.83
be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
