A R E S 0 L U T I 0 N
WHEREAS, the City received bids on November 16, 19715
for purchasing three automobiles, one van and two trucks for
various City departments; and,
WHEREAS, Holley Dodge submitted a bid for furnishing
said automobiles, van and trucks; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by Holley Dodge is the lowest and best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the bid of Holley Dodge in the amount of $16,978.37 be
accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED by the City Council this the 3D`M day of
1971.
