A RE SOLUTION
WHEREAS, the City received bids on November 16, 1971)
for purchasing 21 miscellaneous trucks for various City
departments; and,
WHEREAS, International Harvester submitted a bid for
furnishing said miscellaneous trucks; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by International Harvester is the lowest and
best bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the bid of International Harvester in the amount of
$108,758.80 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
