R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on the 26th day of October, 1971, the City
of Beaumont, by resolution passed that date, authorized the
Mayor to execute on behalf of the City of Beaumont a contract
with the Sabine River Authority for the construction of a sewage
disposal system under the terms and conditions of said contract;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the said authority for execution of that contract with the
Sabine River Authority, passed by the City Council on the 26th
day of October, 1971, for the construction of a sewage disposal
system is hereby, in all particulars, revoked.
PASSED by the City Council this 2nd day of November,
1971.
