R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution dated June 29, 1971,
the City of Beaumont did, on the 20th day of July, 1971, enter
into a contract with Trotti & Thomson, Inc. for removal of
certain humps on Main, Pearl, Orleans, Crockett and Park Streets
within the City of Beaumont under the terms and specifications
of said contract; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Beaumont has requested extra work
in.addition to the work specified in said contract in the sum of
$510.00, which extra work is for the addition of six inch (6")
C.M.P. under drain;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
on behalf of the City of Beaumont the Supplemental Agreement for
Changes and -Alterations as aforesaid; and the City Clerk is hereby
authorized to attest to said Supplemental Agreement and to affix
the Seal of the City of Beaumont thereto.
