R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Amoco Production Company, a corporation domiciled
in Harris County, Texas, has tendered to the City of Beaumont a
surface deed conveying 17.10 acres of land owned by it to the City
of Beaumont for street purposes; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the purposes
of said conveyance and is of the opinion that the acceptance of
said conveyance for street purposes only is necessary and desirable
and that the same should be accepted;,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That said surface deed tendered by Amoco Production Company to the
City of Beaumont be, and the same is hereby, in all things accepted.

1971.
