R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, upon September 5, 1969, Trotti & Thomson,
Inc. and the City of Beaumont entered into a contract providing
for excavation of dirt from property owned by the City; and,
WHEREAS, Trotti & Thomson, Inc. has in all things
completed and fulfilled said contract, and said contract has
expired under its own terms;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute
a release and acquittance to Trotti & Thomson, Inc. from the
City of Beaumont discharging them from all obligations under
said contract; and the City Clerk is authorized to attest to same
and to affix the seal of the City thereto.
