R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the City of Beaumont retained Joe M. Nall
Consulting Engineers for the purpose of making a feasibility
study of the rate schedules of Southwestern Bell Telephone
Company; and,
WHEREAS, said rate schedule has been completed and a
statement received for the services provided in the amount of
$2,503.49; and,
WHEREAS, said.services where professional services
in nature requiring no competitive bidding, and it appears to the
City Council that the statement is reasonable and should be
paid;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the City Controller, or his designee, be, and he is hereby,
authorized to pay to Joe M. Nall Consulting Engineers the sum
of $2,503.49 in full and final payment for professional services
rendered in connection with the feasibility study of the rate
schedules of Southwestern Bell Telephone Company.
