R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the City of Beaumont has received informal
bids for the repair of a damaged police car; and,
WHEREAS, the lowest and best bid, in the opinion of
the City Council, is the bid of Archie's Paint and Body Shop
for the repair to said vehicle in the sum of $1,022.42;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the City Manager, or his designee, be, and he is hereby,
authorized to award to Archie's Paint and Body Shop the repair
of the City of Beaumont's police car for the sum of $1,022.42.
