R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the City received bids on October 12, 1971,
for purchasing uniforms for City departments; and,
WHEREAS, Factory Sales Company of Houston submitted
a bid for furnishing uniforms; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by Factory Sales Company of Houston is the lowest
and best bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT: `
That the bid of Factory Sales Company of Houston in the amount
of Forty -Two Thousand Six Hundred Eighty -Four and 85/100
($42,684.85) Dollars be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED by the City Council this they/_4 day of
1971.
