R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the City of Beaumont retained Moody's Investors
Service, Inc. for the analysis of a bond rating review and for
the establishment of ratings for the City's general obligation
bonds; and,
WHEREAS, Moody's Investors Service, Inc. has completed
its services with relation to the ratings for the general obliga-
tion bonds;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the City's finance officer, or his designee, be,and he is
hereby, authorized to make payment to Moody's Investors Service,
Inc. in the sum of $1,100 for services rendered in the analysis
of a bond rating review and for the establishment of ratings for
the City's general obligation bonds.
PASSED by the City Council this day of October,
1971.
