R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on August 4, 1971, a City vehicle was
in collision with a vehicle owned by Consolidated Electrical
Distributors, Inc.; and,
WHEREAS, Consolidated Electrical Distributors,
Inc. has tendered to the City of Beaumont a check in the
sum of $1,071.27, in full payment of all damages sustained by
the City of Beaumont in said collision;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to
execute a release to Consolidated Electrical Distributors,
Inc. in exchange for the sum of $1,071.27; and that the City
Clerk is hereby authorized to attest to same and to affix the
seal of the City thereto.
PASSED by the City Council this the day of
1971.
