RESOLUTI.ON
WHEREAS, the City received bids on September 28, 1971,
for the purchasing of reflective street name faces for the
Traffic and Transportation Department; and,
WHEREAS, Minnesota Mining and Manufacturing Company sub-
mitted a bid for furnishing reflective street name faces; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Minnesota Mining and Manufacturing Company is the
lowest and best bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the bid of Minnesota Mining and Manufacturing Company in,
the amount of Five Thousand Four Hundred Nine and 36/100
($5,409.36) Dollars be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
