A RE SOLUTION
WHEREAS, the City received bids on September 17, 1971
for purchasing one (1) public address amplifier to be used in
Showmobile for the Parks & Recreation Department; and,
WHEREAS, Wenger Corporation submitted a bid for
furnishing one (1) public address amplifier to be used in
Showmobile; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by Wenger Corporation is the lowest and best
bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the bid of Wenger Corporation in the amount of One
Thousand Ninety-two and No/100 ($1,092.00) Dollars be accepted
by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED by the City Council this the 28th day of
September, 1971.
