R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the City of Beaumont and Gatlin Asphalt
Company executed a certain Contract on July 23, 1971, for the
hardsurfacing of the Vest Pocket Park area at the intersection
of Maple --and Oakland -Streets in -the -City of --Beaumont; Texas, at
the total Contract price of $3,420.00; and,
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has inspected the
work and recommends its acceptance and final payment to the
contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the City of Beaumont hereby accepts the completion of the
aforesaid Contract in all particulars and does further authorize
the final payment of $3,420.00 to the said contractor.
PASSED by the City Council this the 22%e day of
1971.
