R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the City of Beaumont and Coatings Application
and Waterproofing Co. executed a certain Contract on May 11,
1971, for the waterproofing of all exterior walls of the City
Hall of the City of Beaumont, at the total Contract price of
$27,860.00; and,
WHEREAS, previous payments in the amount of $18,805.50
have been made to said Coatings Application and Waterproofing
Co., leaving a balance of $9,054.50 owing on said Contract; and,
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has inspected
the work and recommends its acceptance and final payment to the
contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the City of Beaumont hereby accepts the completion of the
aforesaid Contract in all particulars and does further authorize
the final payment of $9,054.50 to the contractor.
