R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
That the Mayor and the City Clerk be, and they are hereby,
authorized to execute and deliver that certain license agree-
ment by and between The City of Beaumont, Texas, and the
Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company covering the
construction and maintenance of one (1) cast iron, ten (10)
inches in diameter, sanitary sewer pipe line, the location of
said pipe line being shown on the print attached to said license
agreement marked Exhibit "A" and shown in red on said print
D.E.O.T. 7434 dated August 28, 1971.
PASSED by the City Council this 67/6r2l- day of
1971.
