R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the City received bids on August 24, 1971,
for purchasing five (5) Modular Type Cabinet Enclosures with
Writing Shelf for the Fire Department; and,
WHEREAS, Trans -Park Enterprises, Inc. submitted a
bid for furnishing five (5) Modular Type Cabinet Enclosures
with Writing Shelf; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by Trans -Park Enterprises, Inc. is the lowest
and best bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the bid of Trans -Park Enterprises, Inc. in the amount of
Two Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty Four and 00/100 ($2,734.00)
Dollars be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
