WHEREAS, the City received bids on September 9, 1971,
for purchasing 600 feet of 3/4", 600 feet of 1" and 600 feet
of 1 1/2" copper tubing for the Water Distribution Department;
and,
WHEREAS, Coburn's Supply submitted a bid for furnishing
600 feet of 3/4", 600 feet of 1" and 600 feet of 1 1/2" copper
tubing; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by Coburn's Supply is the lowest and best bid.and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the bid of Coburn's Supply in the amount of One Thousand
Thirty and 44/100 ($1,030.44) Dollars be accepted by the City
of Beaumont.
