WHEREAS, the City received bids on August 31, 1971,
for purchasing one (1) 125 CFM Air Compressor for the Traffic
and Transportation Department; and,
WHEREAS, Heatley Equipment Company submitted a bid
for furnishing one (1) 125 CFM Air Compressor; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by Heatley Equipment Company is the lowest and
best bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BFA UMONT:
That the bid of Heatley Equipment Company in the amount of
Three Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty-seven and No/100 ($3,737.00)
Dollars be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED by the City Council this the I Vl day of
1971.
