BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to
execute on behalf of The City of Beaumont a License Agreement
dated September 7, 1971, for Mobil Pipe Line Company to install
two 8 -5/8 -inch O.D. pipelines crossing Ohio Street, Sulphur
Drive, Florida Avenue and Vermont Avenue in the locations and
manner as shown on plats attached to said agreement; and the
City Clerk is hereby authorized to attest to said agreement
and to affix the Seal of The City of Beaumont thereto.
PASSED by the City Council this the 7th day of
September, 1971.
