R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the City received bids on August 17, 1971,
for purchasing 3,000 feet of 22" and 2,000 feet of 12" fire
hose for the Fire Department; and,
WHEREAS, Arthur Dooley and Son, Inc. submitted a bid
for furnishing 3,000 feet of 22" and 2,000 feet of 12" fire
hose; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by Arthur Dooley and Son, Inc. is the lowest and
best bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the bid of Arthur Dooley and Son, Inc. in the amount of
Five Thousand Six Hundred Sixty and Nc/100 ($5,660.00) Dollars
be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED by the City Council this the day of
