A R E S 0 L U T I 0 N
WHEREAS, informal bids have been received fo,r the
printing of the Notice of Sale for the Capital Improvement
Bonds and it appearing that Lamb Printing Company has submitted
the lowest and best bid in the amount of $804.65 on the basic
specifications of said bid;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to
purchase basic specifications for the Notice of Sale for the
Capital Improvement Bonds in the amount of $804.65;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
That the City Manager be,and he is hereby,authorized to purchase
additional printing services from Lamb Printing Company as such
need may arise for the printing of said Notice of Sale, providing
said expenditures for said printing.services shall not exceed
$1,200.00; --and that the City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized
to attest the same and to affix the Seal of The City of Beaumont
thereto.
PASSED by the City Council this the ,=9�Z,� day of
August, 1971.
