R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the City received bids on August 17, 1971,
for purchasing one (1) 450 lb. Fully Charged Dry Chemical
Unit for the Fire Department; and,
WHEREAS, Arthur Dooley and Son, Inc. submitted a
bid for furnishing one (1) 450 lb. Fully'Charged Dry Chemical
Unit; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by Arthur.Dooley and Son, Inc. is the lowest
and best bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the bid of Arthur Dooley and Son, Inc. in the amount of
Two Thousand Two Hundred Eighty Seven and 32/100 ($2,287.32)
Dollars be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED by the City Council this the day of
1971.
