A R E S 0 L U T I 0 N
WHEREAS; a proposed contract between The City of
Beaumont and Deevy and Shannon Consulting Engineers, as
engineers for the survey for the municipal court and police
station building And library building under the Capital Im-
provements Program, has been prepared and approved by the
legal office and approved by the staff; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
execution of said contract is in the best interest of the
City of Beaumont and its citizenry;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to ex-
ecute said contract for and in behalf of the City of,Beaumont
with the partnership of Deevy and Shannon Consulting Engineers
for the survey for the municipal court and police station
building and library building improvement project of the
Capital Improvements Program, as that program was established
by the vote of the citizens of the City of Beaumont; and the
City Clerk is authorized to attest said contract and to affix
the Seal of The City of Beaumont thereto.
