R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS,the City received bids on July 30, 1971, for
purchasing one (1) Air Purification System for the Fire
Department; and,
WHEREAS, Air Power Service Company submitted a bid
for furnishing one .(1) Air Purification System; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by Air Power Service Company is the lowest and
best bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the bid of Air Power Service Company in the amount of
One Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty -Six and No/100 ($1,866.00)
Dollars be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED by the City Council this the r7 day-
1971.
