A R E S 0 L U T I 0 N
WHEREAS, the City of Beaumont and Maida Fence Company
executed a certain Contract on June 2, 1971 for the construc-
tion of 38 chain link stalls with removable partitions in the
Swine Shed located in Fair Park, Beaumont, Texas at the total
contract price of $6,900.70; and,
WHEREAS, H. J. Kelley, Project Engineer, has inspected
the work and recommends its acceptance and final payment to
the contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the City of Beaumont hereby accepts the completion of the
aforesaid Contract in all particulars and does further authorize
the final payment of $6,900.70 to the contractor.
PASSED by the City Council this the /D 7�4day of
1971.
