R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the City received bids on July 26, 1971,
for fifteen (15) IBM No. 1316 Disc Packs for the Data Processing
Department; and,

WHEREAS, Data Funding, Inc. submitted a bid for
furnishing fifteen (15) IBM No.''1316 Disc Packs; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that
the bid submitted by Data Funding, Inc. is the lowest and best
bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the bid of Data Funding, Inc. in the amount of One Thousand
Seven Hundred Twenty Five and No/100 ($1,725.00) Dollars be
accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED by the City Council this the ✓1 day of
1971.
