R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized
to execute on behalf of The City of Beaumont a contract
with E1 Mina Temple A.A.O.N.M.S. of Galveston, Texas,
leasing to the said E1 Mina Temple the Arena Area of the
Fair Park for the purpose.of staging a circus for the
days of September 11 and 12, 1971, at a consideration of
Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars; and the City Clerk is
hereby authorized to attest to said contract and to
affix the Seal of The City of Beaumont thereto.

of July, 1971.
