R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
on behalf of the City of Beaumont an easement to Gulf States
Utilities Company and the Southwestern Bell Telephone Company
for a utility line upon a tract of land in the M. C. Cartwright
Subdivision, Jefferson County, Texas, the exact location being
i
described in said easement dated ��� /3 , 1971; and the
City Clerk is authorized to attest thereto and to affix the
seal of the City of Beaumont thereto.
PASSED by the City Council this the /3A day of
1971.
