R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the City of Beaumont and the McCrea Water
Tower Maintenance and Repair Company executed a certain Contract
on April 1, 1971 for the cleaning and painting of the interior
of the 5 million gallon ground storage water tank in Loeb, Texas
at the total contract price of $17,387; and,
WHEREAS, Charles J. Clark, Water Production Super-
intendent, has inspected the work and recommends its acceptance
and final payment to the contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the City of Beaumont hereby accepts the completion of the
aforesaid Contract in all particulars and does further authorize
the final payment of $17,387 to the contractor.
