A RES OLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
That the Mayor and the City Clerk be, and they are hereby,
authorized to execute and deliver that certain license agree-
ment by and between the City of Beaumont, Texas, and Missouri
Pacific Railroad Company covering the installation, maintenance
and repair of a continuous line of 10 -gage corrugated metal
pipe, 36 inches in diameter for drainage purposes, the location
of said pipe line being shown on print attached to said
License Agreement marked Exhibit "A" and shown in black on
said print dated June 15, 1971.
PASSED by the City Council this the day of
June, 1971.
