A RE SOLUTION
WHEREAS, the developers of Virginia Estates Addition,
Lots 1 thru 15, Block "A", have completed the sanitary sewer
improvements serving said addition; and the developers of
said addition are desirous of having these improvements
accepted and maintained by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the city engineer recommends that said impro-
vements qualify for acceptance for permanent maintenance; and
the City Council is of the opinion that said improvements
should be accepted and maintained by the City of Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the sanitary sewer improvements serving Virginia Estates
Addition, Lots 1 thru 15, Block "A", be and the same are
hereby accepted by The City of Beaumont and shall be con-
tinuously maintained by the said City.
PASSED by the City Council this the qday of
June, 1971.
