A R E S 0 L U T I 0 N
WHEREAS, the City received bids on June 22, 1971 for
purchasing forty (40) sheets of PVC Plastic for the Sewage
Treatment Plant-; and,
WHEREAS, Epsco, Inc. submitted a bid for furnishing
forty (40) sheets of PVC Plastic; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by Epsco, Inc. is the lowest and best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the bid of Epsco, Inc. in the amount of Three Thousand
Forty-two and No/100 ($3,042.00) Dollars be accepted by the
City of Beaumont.
PASSED by the City Council this the _-,� qZ14 day of
June, 1971.
