BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute on
behalf of The City of Beaumont the Agreement between The City of
Beaumont and The State of Texas for the maintenance of highway traffic
signals at the intersection of U. S. 69 East Frontage Road with Lucas
Drive and U. S. 69 West Frontage Road with Lucas Drive in Beaumont,
Jefferson County, Texas, said Agreement bearing the date of June 22,
1971.
PASSED by the City Council this the 22nd day of June, 1971.
