A RES OLUTION
WHEREAS, Stephen D. O'Conor and wife, Frances E. O'Conor,
of Jefferson County, Texas, have tendered an easement or right of way
to the City of Beaumont for street and/or utility purposes across
property owned by them in The City of Beaumont, Jefferson County,
Texas, said easement being dated �, 1971; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the purpose of
said easement or right of way and is of the opinion that the acceptance
of said easement for street and/or utility purposes is necessary and
desirable and that same should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF. THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That said easement or right of way tendered by Stephen D. O'Conor
and wife, Frances E. O'Conor, to the City of Beaumont be and the same
is hereby in all things accepted.
