R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the City received bids on June 1, 1971 for
three (3) 1971 Ford custom automobiles for the Environmental Control
Department; and,
WHEREAS, Kinsel Ford, Inc. -submitted a bid for furnish-
ing three (3) 1971 Ford custom automobiles; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Kinsel Ford, Inc. is the lowest and best bid and should
be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the bid of Kinsel Ford, Inc. in the amount of Nine Thousand
Eight Hundred Seventy and No/100 ($9,870.00) Dollars be accepted by
the City of Beaumont.
