R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
That the Mayor and the City Clerk be, and they are hereby,
authorized to execute and deliver that certain license agreement
by and between the City of Beaumont, Texas, and The Atchison,
Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company covering the construction
and maintenance of one (1) cast iron, twenty-five and eighty
hundredths (25.80) inches in diameter storm sewer pipe line,
the location of said pipe line being shown on print attached
to said License Agreement marked Exhibit "A" and shown in red
on said print D.E.O.T. No. 7385 dated May 12, 1971.
