A RES OLUTION
WHEREAS, the hereinafter named persons have proferred
to the City of Beaumont instruments conveying to the City of
Beaumont easements in certain parcels of land, more particularly
described in said instruments, and including reservation of
oil, gas, sulphur and other minerals, and other provisions also
more particularly described in said instruments; and,
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of the City Council that
the acceptance of the proferred instruments is in the best
interest of the City of Beaumont and its citizenry;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the hereinafter named instruments, reference to which is
herein made for all purposes and the same being included by
reference in this resolution, are hereby accepted for and in
behalf of the City of Beaumont; and the City Clerk is authorized
to have each of the said instruments recorded in the Deed
Records of Jefferson County, Texas:
1) A certain deed from Amoco Production
Company, a Delaware corporation, to the
City of Beaumont, conveying an easement
in a certain 2.3146 acre parcel of land
for street and road purposes;
2) A certain deed from First Security National
Bank of Beaumont, Texas, as Independent
Executor of the Estate of Sam Fertitta,
deceased, of the County of Jefferson, State
of Texas, to the City of Beaumont, con-
veying an easement in a certain 0.1440
acre parcel of land for street purposes

3) A certain deed from Del Rey Development
Company, a Texas corporation, to the City
of Beaumont, conveying an easement in a
certain 1.2088 acre parcel of land for
street purposes;
4) A certain deed from C. T. Garth, Jr.
to the City of Beaumont, conveying an
easement in a certain 0.3129 acre parcel
of land for street purposes;
5) A certain deed from Irving I. Nathan and
wife, Sadie Nathan, and Jerry Nathan to the
City of Beaumont, conveying an easement in
a certain 0.088.6 acre parcel of land for
street purposes;
6) A certain deed from William Doornbos and
Richard E. Doornbos, as Trustees of the
William Doornbos Trust, the Christinia E.
Barnett Trust, the Emma Doornbos Miller
Trust, the May Youmans Trust, and as
Independent Co -Executors of the Estate of
Emma D. Miller; and William Doornbos,
Richard E. Doornbos, R. L. Barnett, Jr. and
Harry Donald Barnett as Independent Co -
Executors of the Estate of Christina Doornbos
Barnett, to the City of Beaumont, conveying
an easement in a certain 0.2926 acre parcel
of land for street and highway purposes;
7) A certain deed from William.Doornbos and
Richard E. Doornbos, as Trustees of the
William Doornbos Trust, the C. Doornbos,
Jr. Trust, the Richard E. Doornbos Trust,
the Christina E. Barnett Trust, the Emma
Doornbos Miller Trust, the May Youmans Trust,
and as Independent Co -Executors of the
Estate of Emma D. Miller; and William Doorn-
bos, Richard E. Doornbos, R. L. Barnett, Jr.
and Harry Donald Barnett as Independent
Co -Executors of the Estate of Christina
Doornbos Barnett, to the City of Beaumont,
conveying an easement in a certain 1.1382
acre parcel of land for street and highway
purposes;
8) A certain deed from Hardy Samuel Rutledge
and wife, Mable Rutledge to the City of
Beaumont, conveying an easement in a certain
