A R E S 0 L U T I 0 N
WHEREAS, The City of Beaumont requested bids for an
official depository; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
application submitted by the American National Bank of Beaumont
offers favorable terms and conditions for the City and should
be accepted; and,
WHEREAS, the City Attorney is hereby directed to
prepare a contract setting out the terms of the Depository
Agreement for the period from July 1, 1971 to June 30, 1973;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to ex-
ecute on behalf of the City of Beaumont the aforesaid Depository
Agreement with the American National Bank of Beaumont, and
that the City Clerk be, and he is hereby, authorized to attest
to same and to affix the seal of the City of Beaumont thereto.
