BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BEAUMONT", TEXAS:
That the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to
execute and deliver on behalf of the City of Beaumont, an
agreement with Sabine River Authority of Texas, for the loan
of a sum of money equal to twenty-five (25%) percent of the
eligible cost of project W.P.C. TEX. 698, pursuant to Article
7621g of the Texas Civil Statutes.
PASSED by the City Council thistbe 1st day of
June, 1971.
