R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BEAUMONT, TEXAS:.
That the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute
an agreement retaining Vinson, Elkins, Searls & Smith as the
City's bond attorneys for the handling of all legal matters involved
in the bond issue approved by the voters of the City of Beaumont
on May 4, 1971; and that the City Clerk be, and he is hereby authorized
to attest to same and to affix the seal of the City thereto.
