R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the City received bids on April 27, 1971 for
one (1) Showmobile for the Parks and Recreation Department; and,
WHEREAS, Wenger Corporation submitted a bid for furnish-
ing one (1) Showmobile; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by the Wenger Corporation is the lowest and best
bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the bid of the Wenger Corporation in the amount of Eleven
Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty Seven and 79/100 ($11,927.79) Dollars
be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
