R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the City received bids on May 11,
1971 for one (1) folding gooseneck trailer for the Street
Department; and,
WHEREAS HYCO Equipment, Inc. of Houston, Texas,
submitted a bid for furnishing one (1) folding goose-
neck trailer; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that
the bid submitted by HYCO Equipment, Inc, is the lowest
and best bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the bid of HYCO Equipment, Inc. in the amount of
Seven Thousand One Hundred Sixty One and 61/100 ($7,161.61)
Dollars be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED by the City Council this the pow day
of May, 1971.
