HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES 61 AAA(0% ,AA4 A R E S 0 L U T I 0 N WHEREAS, the developers of Manion Place Section 1 Addition, Lots 1 thru 8, Block 1; Lots 1 thru 5, Block 2; Lots 1 thru 8, Block 3; and Lots 1 thru 5, Block 4, have completed the street, drainage, water line, and sanitary sewer improvements serving said addition; the improvements consist of five inch (5") reinforced concrete pavement with six inch (6") integral concrete curb, forty-one feet (41') in width, back of curb to back of curb, on Townhouse Lane, and the same improvements twenty-seven feet (27') in width, back of curb to back of curb, on Longmeadow Drive; and the developers of said addition are desirous of having these improvements accepted and maintained by the City; and, WHEREAS, the city engineer.recommends that said impro- vements qualify for acceptance for permanent maintenance; and the City Council is of the opinion that said improvements should be accepted and maintained by the City of Beaumont; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT: That the street, drainage, water line, and sanitary sewer improvements, as above described in Manion Place Section 1 Addition, be and the same are hereby accepted by The City of Beaumont and shall be continuously maintained by the said City. PASSED by the City Council this the �l = day of May, 1971.
