R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the City received bids for one heavy duty
oil field body for the Street Department; and,
WHEREAS, Alex Feigelson Company submitted a bid for
furnishing one heavy duty oil field body; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bidsubmitted by Alex Feigelson Company is the lowest and best
bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the bid of Alex Feigelson Company in the amount of $3,436.93
be accepted by the City of Beaumont, and that said heavy duty
oil field body be purchased from Alex Feigelson Company.
PASSED by the City Council this the day of
1971.
