R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the City received bids for one crosswalk
and street striping machine for the Traffic and Transportation
Department; and,
WHEREAS, Prismo Universal submitted a bid for furnish-
ing one crosswalk and street striping machine; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by Prismo Universal is the lowest and best bid
and should -be accepted:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the bid of Prismo Universal in the amount of $3,550.00 be
accepted by the City of Beaumont, and that said crosswalk and
street striping machine be purchased from Prismo Universal.
PASSED by the City Council this the H 7 -day of
1971.
