R E S O L U T I O N
A
WHEREAS, the City received bids on March 19, 1971, for
one (1) radar unit for the Police Department; and,
WHEREAS, George F. Cake Company submitted a bid for
furnishing one (1) radar unit; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by George F. Cake Company is the lowest and best
bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the bid of George F. Cake Company in the amount of $1,295.00
be accepted by the City of Beaumont, and that said radar unit be
purchased from George F. Cake Company.
PASSED by the City Council this the r= day of
1971.
