A R E S 0 L U T I 0 N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to
execute a lease agreement leasing from Jefferson County the
following described property for a term of fifty (SO) years
at an annual rental of One ($1.00) Dollar:
Being a portion of the South one-half (S. 1/2)
of Block Nineteen (19) in the M. C. Cartwright
Subdivisionin the J. W. Bullock League of the
City of Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas.
and that the City Clerk is authorized to attest same and affix
the seal of the City thereto; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
a lease agreement with the Board of Directors of the Y.M.C.A.
subleasing to them the above described property fora term of
forty-nine (49) years at an annual rental of One ($1.00) Dollar,
and that the City Clerk is authorized to attest same and affix
the seal of the City thereto.
